HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji inspected Statue of Equality construction site accompanied by Mr. Rameshwar Rao. He interacted with site engineers and workers and enquired on progress and developments.

Currently, the team is working on the fabrication and 750 tons of steel has been bought. The structure began with 39 columns and fabrication has begun on 4-5 levels. Sand blasting, painting of primer, middle coat and final coat 39 colour scheme were done and second level has around 22 columns, above that 15 meters-22 meters installation is underway. The statue totals to 216 feet in height. Installation and erection of 22 columns has been completed and the remaining 19 columns will be completed around 15th February.

Heavy machinery has been employed to speed up the construction. Dedicated staff have been working round the clock. Swamiji’s visit to the site recharged the entire unit with multi-fold enthusiasm to welcome the upcoming moments of glory.

The moment has arrived .. Ramanujacharya places His Feet in Sahasrabdi site

Yes, its time to rejoice. Third consignment has arrived the JIVA campus consisting the divine feet of Ramanujacharya Swamy. The load has been carefully unloaded and stored. The 4^th and 5^th shipments have reached Chennai port. Due to Pongal holidays the customs clearance has been not completed. The team is expecting to get it cleared by tomorrow/day after tomorrow.

The fabrication and erection at Statue of equality project site is going with full speed. The erection has been started last week and already 6 structural poles have been erected.

The Bhadravedi temple complex exteriors work supplier M/s.Mateswari Temples Construction Pvt Ltd performed puja to Sri Ramanuja Crystal, given to them after placement of the order and started the work on auspicious day of 14 Jan 2017.

Sthapathi Sriman Prasadji is working with the manufacturers overseas to correct a few features of the statue. Corrected pictures are expected to arrive for inspection in a day.

A Tribute to Bhagavad Ramanuja – Marathon for the Cause of Statue of Equality

A thousand years ago Bhagavad Ramanujacharya walked 130 km eighteen times to receive esoteric meanings from His Acharya only to immediately reveal it to all those who desired. Sixty years ago, HH Pedda Jeeyar Swamy braved all odds to build Ashtakshari Kshetramin Badarinath. For over two decades, treading the path of pu:rva:charyasHH Chinna Jeeyar Swamy has travelled tirelessly to every corner of Earth to bring God closer to His lost children.
With the Mangalasasanams of HH ChinnaJeeyar Swamy, on Sunday Jan 8 2016, Vaikuntta E:ka:dasi, Ch. RaghuramSrinivasan ran 10 K in the Wipro Chennai Marathon 2017 for the cause of Statue of Equality. He is a student of IISc Bangalore and travelled to Chennai for the race. Sri Prabhu Delhi babu was the official photographer of the event. Sri Hari Voruganti, Sri G V Balaji and Sri Kasthurirengan were the support team.

Two Consignments Reached Statue Of Equality Venue

The Statue of Equality Project Team are pleased to inform, that the 2 consignments (consisting of 15 trailers) have been unloaded at our asramam site. Today, the team have paid the customs duty for the 3^rd consignment and getting it loaded on the trailers and are expecting these trailers to reach tomorrow night or day after tomorrow morning. They are expecting the fourth and fifth shipments reach Chennai port on 15/16 Jan 2017.

The stalwart project team have taken up the erection job of the steel structure after Sri Sudharshana Homam performed by HH Sri Devanadha Jeeyar Swami ji. They have finalised the purchase order on Mateswari Temple Construction Pvt Ltd for Bhadravedi exterior sculpture works. The Mateswari Pvt Ltd company is one among the best factories which were visited around Gujarat and Rajasthan. The company has got two big factories equipped with CNC machines and 1000 people are working at 45 installations. The stone required i.e., Bansi Paharpur Pink Sandstone of 50,000 sq ft is readily available in this factory and have agreed to start manufacturing immediately and send the first load of temple material within a month.

Statue of Equality Shipment – Batch 1 arrives JIVA Campus

Today, January 1, 2017, marks the beginning of the 1000 years celebration of our great A:cha:rya Bhagavad Ra:ma:nuja:charya!

As our Go:da Devi said, time is always receptive; it will always be opportune and will encourage all noble and divine endeavors started with good intentions.

At the beginning of this new year, the first part of the monument arrived at the JIVA campus at 8 pm, with Ramanujacharya himself to arrive soon to the area of construction. The JIVA campus greeted five containers containing 32 elephants and 18 petals of the lotus on which Ramanuja will be seated. We received a shipment of some more parts of the Statue from China. Soon, the parts will be welded and assembled by the Chinese team who are expected soon.

Our beloved a:cha:rya Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji announced the construction of a great statue of Equality to symbolize the legacy of Bhagavad Ra:ma:nuja for all generations to come. Acharya Ramanuja blesses us all with His timely arrival to the JIVA campus. Let’s begin this glorious year welcoming the Spirit of Equality !
