On the 23rd of October, Bhagavad Ramanujacharya statue appeared in full, as the final part was aligned and fixed. It was a proud moment for millions of people across the world who are enjoying the gift of an extremely rich knowledge and matchless compassion through the teachings of the great practitioner of Vedic science.

As we all know, Sri Ramanujacharya not only revealed the right essence of Vedic science as theory but also spread, practiced and applied all the learnt knowledge in uplifting social stature of many downtrodden and under-privileged sects of people.

  • LED lights of the Dynamic Fountain that is in front of the SOE will reach the site on the 26th!

We are happy to share with you the regular updates of this wonderful structure that is being built to be thankful for the great personality as part of the 1000th birth year celebrations!

On 18-09-2017, Prajna students presented the basics of Vedic scriptures to the Parliament of Victoria. Several dignitaries including Speakers of both the houses of Parliament, Finance and Multicultural Minister, Leader of the Opposition etc. were thrilled to watch the children speak about values that govern harmony and peace using Vedic knowledge as the basis. The children cordially invited everyone to the Inauguration ceremony of 216 feet of Ramanujacharya at Sri Ram Nagar, Jiva, Hyderabad which is planned in the month of April 2018. Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji will be present to grace the occasion.

The children thanked Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami who is the true icon of Vedic wisdom and an epitome of compassion. JET Australia has been making huge contribution towards several social causes and spreading the word of the great seer and icon of true humanity, Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami!

Andal , the only female saint among the 12 alwars and daughter of Periya Alwar has written and sung 30 verses in Tamil, waking up our inner senses. On careful comprehension of Her verses we get to understand Her concern for the entire humanity and their well-being. After all She is our mother.

What is of importance for us here is Her sense of Equality and equal concern for all of us.

She invites all with faith and bhakthi to join Her, and for those without either of these. She tries to wake their true selves and instructs them so as to give them the minimum eligibility to join Her in the endeavour.

The second Pasuram “Vaiyatthu vaazhveerghall…”, the beginning  with these two words invite all that are alive. (Here alive in both the senses, spiritually alive and physically alive)Both kinds of people are invited, the already virtuous to progress further and the beginners to be enlightened, lured by the material benefits initially. Similarly many such pasurams  are calls irrespective of any qualification except the freewill of attaining supreme bliss.

Now, such an Andal who is an epitome of Equality, of concern for the fallen beings like us, considers Bhagavad Ramanuja as Her elder brother. She is said to have stepped out of Her sanctum forgetting that She is in archa form (Vigraham, or statue form) and greeted, addressed Bhagavad Ramanuja as “Nam Koil Annane…” or My Dear Elder Brother!

What better description of Bhagavad Ramanuja or what better proof of the presence of magnanimous equality bound mind in our great Acharya is required? In other words, the brother and sister seem to compete with each other to uplift us irrespective of our caste, creed, race, etc. Salutations to the Divine Sister and Brother that stand as two great pillars of equality.

Bhagawad Ramanuja is appearing in Badrinath too to bless the whole world from the Himalayan tops.
 
For the benefit of all people, HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji has taken up the new project of consecrating Ramanujacharya in Ashtakshari Kshethram, Badrinath – one among the108 divya desams. The rough terrains and shortage of labour is going to make this a challenging project.  The idol  of Ramanujacharya will be located next to the Sri Rama Krathu Stupam built by Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji. The height of the Statue of Equality – Badrinath will almost be equal to the Sri Rama Krathu Sthupam.  A team has been engaged and drawings have been completed.
